I grew up in New Jersey in a family where sports, movement, and being active were simply part of everyday life. All three of my brothers and I went on to play lacrosse in college: my oldest brother at the Naval Academy, my youngest at Siena College, and me at the University of Colorado Boulder. Lacrosse shaped my community, my friendships, my confidence, and, ultimately, the direction of my life.

When I chose to play at the University of Colorado Boulder, I was joining a new program and had the opportunity to help build something from the ground up. It became one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. I found some of my closest friends there, learned what it meant to build a team and a program, and developed as both an athlete and a leader.

I was fortunate to have a successful career at CU, becoming the program’s all-time leader in points, goals, assists, and draw controls. I served as team captain my senior year, was a two-time All-American, earned All-MPSF and All-Pac-12 honors, and was named Boulder Female Athlete of the Year the year I graduated. I was also recognized as a Tewaaraton Top 25 selection.

But what stayed with me most wasn’t the recognition. It was everything that came with getting there: the work, the relationships, the setbacks, the confidence, and the sense of community that sports can create.

After graduating, I stayed at CU as a volunteer assistant coach for the following season. I worked closely with the head coach and coaching staff, helping with practices, player development, and preparation while also leading draw-specific drills and working with players on draw technique. Being on the other side of the game gave me a new perspective on coaching and helped me realize how much I enjoyed helping other athletes develop.

From there, my career continued to evolve across media, production, video editing and creation, sales, customer success, and program management. These experiences helped me develop a diverse set of skills in building programs, managing projects, coordinating teams, creating content, and bringing ideas to life. At the same time, I continued coaching and working with athletes through private lacrosse training.

The combination of these experiences ultimately led me to build this brand around coaching, mentorship, consulting, and media. I wanted to create something that brings together the different parts of my background while staying rooted in the things that have always mattered most to me: sport, creativity, skill and player development, and coaching.

Whether I’m helping an athlete develop a skill, navigate the recruiting process, build confidence, or supporting a team or organization through coaching, consulting, program development, or media, I want to create opportunities that help people grow and connect.

I believe sports have a unique ability to get us outside, challenge us, bring people together, and create communities that stay with us long after the game is over. I’ve experienced that firsthand, and I want to create that same opportunity for others.
