I work with athletes, teams, and organizations through coaching, recruiting support, media, and program and event consulting. I bring together my experience in lacrosse, coaching, creativity, and project work to help turn goals, ideas, and opportunities into something real.

Why I Started

This business grew from a desire to bring together the different parts of my background: lacrosse, creativity, player development, and coaching.

Lacrosse has given me so much, from community and confidence to opportunities to learn, compete, create, and connect with others. I wanted to build something that could create those same opportunities for other athletes, teams, and organizations.

Sometimes that means helping an athlete strengthen their skills, gain confidence, learn something new, or reach the next level of their development. Other times, it means supporting a team or organization, helping with a specific need, or turning an idea into an experience.

At the core, it is about creating opportunities to learn, grow, develop, and experience what lacrosse and sport can offer.
